Operations

To organize and standardize Department, Committee and Fundraising records.

To ensure the club is in compliance with all required permits and insurance filings.

To actively recruit new members; maintain membership statistics and contact lists. Keep Communications, Hostessing and Newsletter Departments up to date on additions/changes to member contact information.  Distribute Membership Handbook and Directory at the October meeting. Coordinate voting and presentation of club awards at the Appreciation /Installation Dinner.

To research and propose fundraisers for the new club year.
